A cyclist, Zhang Heng, was on his way to Tibet when he fed a stray dog a drumstick. Since then, the dog now named Xiao Sa, resolved to follow.
The pup ran over 30 miles a day! The team gave her food and water along the way, and occasionally helped her out with a ride on one of their bicycles.
After the race, Zhang Heng gave Xiao Sa a forever home
